About digital transformation

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No, and you should not. Big-bang rewrites of business-critical systems have a poor record. We retire the old system gradually.

What if nobody understands the current system?

That is common and it is where we start. The audit reconstructs actual behaviour from the code, the data and the people who use it.

How do you avoid disrupting operations?
